The Mission of Faith in Action Westsound is to:        

SUPPORT INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR OUR SENIOR AND DISABLED NEIGHBORS

We do this by using interfaith and community volunteers to provide free, non-medical services.

These services include:

Rides to doctors, stores, and appointments

Friendly visits and calls

Light housework, chores, and yardwork

Respite care

Minor home repairs

We also provide:

Limited crisis financial assistance for heating, medications, rent, food

Clothing, furniture, and other neccessities to seniors and disabled individuals in need.

Free durable medical equipment "lent" to anyone in need

Educational classes and seminars in areas of interest to seniors and their caregivers

Referrals to other helping agencies
